Junior Lawyer – UNGENT
Duties: Review various agreements relating to our debtreview and properties business
Keeping our clients up to date with changes in NCR regulations & statutory and common law as far as it relates to properties and debtreview.
Manage the legal risk and ensure that the necessary legal support is offered to the business
Accountable for overseeing and monitoring the legal aspects of the properties business.
Assist in the negotiation of complex property transactions and offer legal advice on the structuring of transactions across the business, including but not limited to acquisitions of Properties, Sale of Properties, Lease Agreements, Co-Ownership Agreements, Shareholders Agreement, Development Agreements etc. Ensure proper implementation of transactions are in accordance with the investment committee’s approvals
Provide strategic guidance on all Legal and Compliance matters
